The Elusive Secret of Great Golf -
Golfers are forever seeking the elusive "secret" to improve their game and add birdies to their scorecards. The ability of PGA Tour players in their 40's, 50's and 60's (hello, Tom Watson) to compete with the younger peers has been attributed to the increased role of physical fitness in golf. Fitness is fundamental to improving and prolonging your golf game.
Heard on the Tee:
“After attending the clinic on May 29th my game has improved by approximately 10 strokes. The combination of golf fitness exercises and golf instruction has not only improved my golf score but, just as important, it has improved my outlook and enjoyment of golf.”
Bob Kelleher, TGC Member

“I never expected such an improvement to my swing fundamentals in a two hour fun session. The combination of the Biomechanical Swing Assessment by Jeff and professional tutoring by Doug was unique. I saw immediate and dramatic improvement! Now it’s off to the range to work on my new swing.”
Peter Sessa, TGC Member

"Through my Tour-proven golf performance programs, golf specific exercises, and golf training, TGC members (seen below) can train just like the pros, improving their bodies and golf swing.”
