Featured Event: Wine Dinner
A sensational raw bar featuring oysters, seared tuna and shrimp cocktail and imported cheese display greeted TGC members and guests at the Wine Dinner held Friday, April 16.
Wine offerings from Duckhorn Vineyards were pared with Executive Chef Jonathan Philips' 4-course menu that included poached and chilled lobster salad, miso soy marinated halibut, pan roasted American rack of lamb and warm, rich chocolate cake for dessert.
