Featured Event: Wine Dinners   A sensational raw bar featuring oysters, seared tuna and shrimp cocktail  and imported cheese display are just the start to sumptuous wine tasting dinners at TGC.  Wine offerings from Duckhorn Vineyards were pared with Executive Chef Jonathan Philips' 4-course menu that included  poached and chilled lobster salad, miso soy marinated halibut, pan roasted American rack of lamb and warm, rich chocolate cake for dessert.      Executive Chef Jonathan Philips
